eSIM Installation

Installation can be done by scanning the QR code in the email prior to flight departure (📌we recommend downloading and printing it out in advance). Installation can also be done by manually entering 【SM-DP+Address】and 【Activation Code】.

Please keep connected to the network during the installation, do not turn on Airplane Mode, and do not exit the installation process!

eSIM activation validity period

Please pay attention to the expiration date of your purchased eSIM plan.

Most eSIM QR valid for 30days.Take a QR code with a 30-day expiration date as an example, If you plan to travel in more than 30 days, please make this reservation closer to your travel date.

After 30 days from issuance, the QR code will become unscannable and a fee of 【$2】 will be charged for reissue.

Please do not delete or change devices during the eSIM validity period.

Check if your phone is compatible with T-Mobile eSIM?

T-Mobile has some restrictions on cell phone bands, please check if your cell phone supports B2 & B4 bands, and you can enter your cell phone's IMEI at 【this link】 to check if it supports T-Mobile network.

You can only install the eSIM after it is activated as per the activation date.
